Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 1 week before the beginning of your appointment.
A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 1 week notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Any appointment for which guests are a "no-show" for will invite a charge of 100% of the service amount.
Deposits will be taken for all hair extension services and are non refundable. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee, and possible rescheduling or cancellation of their appointment.
*Please note that If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment it is considered a "no-show" and your card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
