Appointments are reserved exclusively for you and your service time is held in full.
Cancellations & Changes
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
Appointments canceled within 24 hours, missed without notice, or significantly late will result in forfeiture of deposit or up to 70% of the scheduled service fee.
Arrival
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may require adjustment or rescheduling of your service.
Booking
Repeated last-minute changes or missed appointments may require prepayment in full for future bookings.
